upper body gym training.

poundage:

flat bench press: 15kg (warm-up) 15 reps, 30 kg (working set 1) 10 reps, 35 kg (ws 2) 8 reps,

37.5kg to 15kg (strip set)

elevated bench press : 10kg (ws 1) 10 reps, 15 kg (ws 2) 17.5 kg to 10 kg (strip set)

declined bench press : 15kg (warm-up) 10 reps, 15kg (ws 1) 10 reps, 25kg (ws 2) 8 reps, 30 kg to 15 kg (strip set)

bicep machine pulley pull :

20 lbs (warm-up) 20 reps, 40 lbs (ws 1) 10 reps, 45 lbs (ws 2) 10 reps, 50 to 25 lbs (strip set)

that's my gym training for today. targeted muscle groups were chest and biceps. =)

3 days to the farewell party at palawan beach! 3 days to get that figure! hahaha. call me a vainpot if you must.

school has been all right. i'm slowly returning to the study mood, attempting to do my normal distribution tutorial later.

i have been thinking for the past few minutes. i need to take it slowly now. if i rush in, i only end up hurting myself, getting my fingers burned. so, taking things easy now.

yes, xuan sheng, don't rush. take it easy between you and her. things i have to tell myself every now and then. i really do envy jun xiong, fuquan, jian hao. i really do. =

things to consider later: leg gym training + running intervals or swimming intervals tml.
